The T67 doubles are five two-section builds sharing a body and a flange system with the T6 family. Each of the two positions reads its own cartridge list, and all five lists are set out below, so the ordering string can be read position by position.
Four of the five models read a different list at each position, so a cartridge code is only meaningful together with the position it fills.
Five models, one flange family per size
Two of the five take a SAE B two-bolt flange and three take a SAE C two-bolt flange, all to J744. The table also shows which cartridge list each position reads from.
| Model | Flange | Front position P1 | Rear position P2 | Weight |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| T67BB | SAE B, 2 bolts | List 1, B02 to B15 | List 1, B02 to B15, same list | 26.0 kg |
| T67CB | SAE B, 2 bolts | List 2, B03 to B31 | List 1, B02 to B15 | 26.0 kg |
| T67DB | SAE C, 2 bolts | List 3, B14 to B50 | List 1, B02 to B15 | 38.6 kg |
| T67DC | SAE C, 2 bolts | List 4, B14 to B50 | List 2, B03 to B31 | 38.6 kg |
| T67EC | SAE C, 2 bolts | List 5, 042 to 085 | List 2, B03 to B31 | 55.0 kg |

Two lists share code letters but not displacements
Lists 3 and 4 use the same code letters with different displacements: B14 is 47.6 ml/rev in the list read at the T67DB front position and 44.0 ml/rev in the list read at the T67DC front position, and the difference continues up the range. Read every code against the list for its position.
The five cartridge lists
Displacements are in ml/rev. List 1 is read at both positions of the T67BB and at the rear position of the T67CB, T67DB and T67EC. List 2 is read at the front position of the T67CB and T67EC and at the rear position of the T67DC. List 3 is read only at the T67DB front position, list 4 only at the T67DC front position, and list 5 only at the T67EC front position.

The larger cartridge goes at the front
As on the other doubles in the range, the larger cartridge is always fitted at the front, so P1 must be equal to or larger than P2. On a T67 the check is worth doing twice, because the two positions do not read the same list.
The heavy-duty shaft position
The second field carries W when the pump is built with a heavy-duty shaft, and it is empty otherwise. The position exists on the T67BB, T67CB, T67DB and T67DC; on those models the heavy-duty shaft is a separate code in the shaft table, listed apart from the standard codes.
Shaft codes and torque limits
Shaft codes differ between the SAE B and the SAE C models, and each code carries its own limit, quoted as Vi x p max for the two sections together.
| Model | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| T67BB | 14300 | 21420 | 32670 | – | 20600 |
| T67CB | 14300 | 21420 | 32670 | – | 20600 |
| T67DB | 43240 | 34590 | 61200 | 61200 | 55600 |
| T67DC | 43240 | 34590 | 61200 | 61200 | 55600 |
| T67EC | 72300 | 34590 | 61200 | 76300 | – |
Reading the SAE B models: code 1 is a keyed shaft outside SAE, 3 a splined SAE BB shaft with fifteen teeth, and 5 a splined SAE B shaft with thirteen teeth, with the heavy-duty shaft as 2. On the SAE C models, 1 is a keyed SAE C shaft, 2 a keyed shaft outside SAE, 3 a splined SAE C shaft with fourteen teeth, 4 a splined shaft outside SAE, and the heavy-duty shaft is 5. The T67EC uses a different set again, with 1 keyed to SAE CC and 4 splined to SAE CC with seventeen teeth.
Rotation and the porting combination
Rotation is given as seen from the shaft end, R clockwise and L counter-clockwise. The porting combination sets how the ports of the two sections sit relative to each other and to the mounting face; 00 is standard, and thirty-two arrangements are diagrammed for the doubles.
Design letter and seal class
The design letter is A throughout. Two seal classes are offered: 1, S1 in BUNA N, rated to 0.7 bar and intended for mineral oil, and 5, S5 in VITON, rated to 7 bar and intended for mineral oil and fire-resistant fluids.
Port forms, model by model
The two smaller models use a two-character code that names the thread only, while the three larger ones use a code that also distinguishes the rear port size. In both families M marks metric threads and 0 or 1 the UNC option.
| Model | P1 | P2 | Suction | Codes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| T67BB | 1 in | 3/4 in | 2.1/2 in | 11 UNC or M1 metric |
| T67CB | 1 in | 3/4 in | 2.1/2 in | 11 UNC or M1 metric |
| T67DB | 1.1/4 in | 1 in or 3/4 in | 3 in | M0 / M1 metric, 00 / 01 UNC |
| T67DC | 1.1/4 in | 1 in or 3/4 in | 3 in | M0 / M1 metric, 00 / 01 UNC |
| T67EC | 1.1/2 in | 1 in or 3/4 in | 3.1/2 in | M0 / M1 metric, 00 / 01 UNC |
Speed and pressure ratings by group
Each section is rated by the list it belongs to, not by the model. All groups start at 600 r/min; the maximum is 2200 r/min, reduced to 1800 r/min on the fire-resistant and synthetic fluid families, and the 085 cartridge is limited to 2000 r/min.
| Group | Intermittent pressure | Continuous pressure |
|---|---|---|
| List 1, B02 to B15 | 300 bar | 275 bar |
| List 2, B03 to B31 | 275 bar | 240 bar |
| Lists 3 and 4, B14 to B50 | 240 bar | 210 bar |
| List 5, 042 to 085 | 240 bar | 210 bar |
Three cartridges sit below their group ceiling: B15 at 280 bar intermittent, B45 at 240 bar and B50 at 210 bar, with lower continuous ratings again for the fire-resistant fluids. Working pressures above 300 bar are outside the published range and have to be confirmed separately.
Axial load and mounting torques
| Model | Max. axial load | Mounting torques |
|---|---|---|
| T67BB | 800 N | 159 Nm and 61 Nm |
| T67CB | 800 N | 159 Nm and 61 Nm |
| T67DB | 1200 N | 187 Nm and 68 Nm |
| T67DC | 1200 N | 187 Nm and 68 Nm |
| T67EC | 2000 N | 187 Nm and 68 Nm |
What to confirm before ordering
- Which list each position reads. A code has to be read against the list for its position, and lists 3 and 4 differ.
- The order of the two codes. The larger cartridge belongs at the front.
- Whether the pump carries W. The heavy-duty shaft is a separate code in the table.
- The seal class and the fluid family, since class 1 and class 5 carry different pressure limits.
Ordering
Send the complete string from the nameplate, including the W if the plate carries it and the two cartridge codes in order. Where the plate is worn, photographs of the mounting flange and the shaft end identify the version before anything is shipped.
A worked build is listed as T67BB B04 B02 1R00 A1M1, and the heavy-duty variant as T67BBW B04 B02 2R00 A111. Rear cartridge kits for the T67 doubles are grouped in the rear kit listing, the range is on the T67 double pump page, and the T-series overview covers the family. Specific strings can go through the contact page.
