25-50M Series vane motors

The 25-50M Series is our high-speed industrial vane motor family: fixed displacement and reversible, flange mounted with SAE 4-bolt flange port connections. It covers four frames — 25M, 35M, 45M and 50M — with twelve nominal torque ratings from 42 to 300 lb·in per 100 psi and displacements from 43.9 to 317.1 cm³/r. Each frame is also available as a heavy-duty bearing version (26M / 36M / 46M / 51M) in the same dimensions. All units are new aftermarket replacements, quality checked before shipping.

Selection notes

Speeds run from 400 to 3600 r/min continuous and 4000 r/min intermittent, with pressures up to 155 bar continuous and 172 bar intermittent. Intermittent duty means 10 percent of total operating time, never more than 6 seconds at a time. Per frame: 25M 3600 r/min at 34 bar, 45M 2600 r/min at 155 bar, 50M 2200 r/min at 155 bar. The heavy-duty bearing version of each frame is the next number up (51M for 50M) and keeps the same frame, flange and shaft dimensions. Minimum speed is normally 100 r/min, and the case drain must not be restricted.

A motor code has eight positions — series and motor name, ring size (nominal torque rating), mounting flange and port connections, shaft, cover position, design number and special features. Send us the complete code from the nameplate and we will confirm the replacement motor; without the full code the torque rating and port position cannot be identified.
