Control: EK1DF electro-proportional control with controller cut-off

The EK variant is based completely on the EP variant. In addition to the electro-proportional control function, a controller cut-off is integrated in the electric characteristic curve: the pump swivels to Vg max if the pilot signal is lost (e.g. cable break), then working with the DRF settings if necessary. The controller cut-off is only intended for short-term use. A PWM signal is used to control the solenoid. A minimum working pressure of 50 bar is needed for safe and reproducible control; at lower pressures a pilot signal above 500 mA (EK2) or 1000 mA (EK1) is required to avoid undesired cut-off.

• Voltage: EK1 = 12 V (±20%), EK2 = 24 V (±20%).
