V10 series vane pumps

V10 series balanced vane pumps — industrial single pumps, fixed displacement, for open hydraulic circuits. Ring sizes 1 to 7 cover 3.3 to 22.8 cm³/r; maximum pressure is 172 bar (138 bar at ring size 7) and the smallest ring reaches 4800 r/min. The balanced design cancels radial hydraulic loads, giving low noise and long bearing life. All units are new aftermarket replacements, quality checked before shipping.

Selection notes

Ring size = rated flow in USgpm at 1200 r/min and 7 bar. Maximum pressure decreases as ring size increases. The same ring sizes are also available in the high-pressure V10H version (up to 204 bar) and as cartridge kits.

Ordering

A motor code has eight positions — series and motor name, ring size (nominal torque rating), mounting flange and port connections, shaft, cover position, design number and special features. Send us the complete code from the nameplate and we will confirm the replacement motor; without the full code the torque rating and port position cannot be identified.
