VQ Single Vane Pumps

The VQ series is the higher-pressure, higher-speed and lower-noise version on the same frames as the V series — 20VQ / 25VQ / 35VQ / 45VQ, fixed displacement, balanced, for open circuits. Maximum continuous pressure is 210 bar on 20VQ / 25VQ / 35VQ and 175 bar on 45VQ; maximum speed is 2700 r/min on 20VQ / 25VQ, 2400-2500 r/min on 35VQ and 2200 r/min on 45VQ — all above the 1800 r/min of the V series. The largest codes are derated as well (20VQ code 12 to 160 bar, code 14 to 140 bar). All units are new aftermarket replacements, quality checked before shipping.

Selection notes

¹ Pressure is code-specific: 20VQ code 12 is 160 bar and code 14 is 140 bar; 25VQ / 35VQ hold 210 bar throughout and 45VQ holds 175 bar. ② The 20VQ (mobile) pump uses a different 12-item code (integral valve, controlled flow and relief settings) that is not interchangeable with the 10-item code in this table. ③ A double shaft seal requires the S mounting code together with a 123 or 130 shaft. ④ Ports can be ordered with AM (metric fasteners); outlet positions A-D are read from the cover end, where C is in line with the inlet. ⑤ Unlike V single pumps, VQ single pumps have case ports (TANK PORT / PRIMARY OUTLET PORT, plus a SECONDARY OUTLET PORT on the integral-valve version). ⑥ The industrial VQ design number is -20; 20VQ also appears as -20 and -30 generations with unchanged dimensions.
