Overview of the replacement cartridges for V and VQ vane pumps — single-pump cartridges (20V / 25V / 35V / 45V and 20VQ / 25VQ / 35VQ / 45VQ) plus front and rear cartridges and kits for the double and triple combinations. The cartridge is the complete pumping element (ring, rotor, vanes and port plates), supplied on its own, so the original housing and shaft stay on the machine. All are new aftermarket replacements, quality checked before shipping.

Selection notes

The cartridge is the complete pumping element, so replacing it does not disturb the rest of the circuit. Single-pump cartridges are selected by frame and displacement code; front and rear cartridges must match the combination. Where the original pump uses the same V / VQ frame, the housing and shaft are re-used and a cartridge alone restores performance.

Ordering

The model code must be complete — ring size, mounting, inlet and outlet, shaft and rotation together define the pump. Send the full nameplate code and we will confirm the replacement.
