V Single Vane Pumps

Standard balanced vane pumps of the V series — 20V / 25V / 35V / 45V frames, fixed displacement, for open circuits, rated 1800 r/min. Frame-level maximum continuous pressure is 207 bar on 20V and 172 bar on 25V-45V, but the pressure is code-specific: on 20V only codes 5/8/11 reach 207 bar (codes 2/14 are 138 bar and 12 is 159 bar). The VQ series is the higher-pressure, higher-speed version on the same frames. All units are new aftermarket replacements, quality checked before shipping.

Selection notes

¹ Pressure is code-specific: on 20V only codes 5/8/11 reach 207 bar (2/14 are 138 bar and 12 is 159 bar); on 25V / 35V / 45V the code differences affect displacement only, not pressure. ② Fluid derating: water-in-oil emulsion 69 bar, water glycol 159 bar (except 20V codes 2/14, which stay at 138 bar). ③ Speed: 600 r/min minimum; 1800 r/min maximum on anti-wear hydraulic oil, 1200 r/min on synthetic and emulsion fluids and 1500 r/min on water glycol. ④ Transient (spike) pressure may exceed the continuous rating by 10 percent for no more than 0.5 second. ⑤ The trailing items of the model code set mounting and shaft: mounting code omitted = flange with single seal, S = flange with double seal, F = foot mounting; shaft 1 = straight key, 11 = spline, 86 = heavy-duty key. ⑥ Inlet pressure must not exceed 1.4 bar (20 psi) — the V series is internally drained.
