Aftermarket Replacement VQ Double Vane Pumps
VQ series double pumps — two VQ-series cartridge sections on one shaft, giving one inlet and two independent outlets. Available combinations are 2520VQ / 3520VQ / 3525VQ / 4520VQ / 4525VQ / 4535VQ (there is no 2525VQ). The shaft-end section is rated 210 bar on 2520VQ / 3520VQ / 3525VQ and 175 bar on 4520VQ / 4525VQ / 4535VQ, and the two sections carry different limits, so both must be checked separately. All units are new aftermarket replacements, quality checked before shipping.

⚠️ The two sections carry different pressure limits - check them separately: on 4520VQ the shaft-end codes 42/50/60 are limited to 175 bar while its cover-end codes 5/8/11 still hold 210 bar, and on 2520VQ / 3520VQ / 3525VQ the shaft-end section is 210 bar. Check both sections separately and never use a single machine-level figure. ② Flow and power examples: 2520VQ shaft end code 12 = 88.5 l/min (23 USgpm) and 41.0 kW (55 hp), cover end code 5 = 42.3 l/min (11 USgpm) and 17.9 kW (24 hp); 3520VQ shaft end code 38 = 250.0 l/min (65 USgpm) and 104.4 kW (140 hp). ③ Service manuals for this family: 2520VQ I-3166-S, 3520VQ I-3169-S, 3525VQ I-3171-S, 4520VQ I-3170-S, 4525VQ I-3172-S, 4535VQ I-3173-S. ④ Ports and connections are confirmed against your model code; port flange kits are ordered separately.
