M3 · M4 · M5 replacement vane motors: M3B (8.0 kg · 9.2-37.1 cm³/rev · 210 bar), M4C / M4D / M4E (15.4 / 27.0 / 45.0 kg · 24.4-222.0 cm³/rev · up to 230 bar) and M5B / M5BS (18.5 kg · 12.0-45.0 cm³/rev · 290 / 320 bar continuous / intermittent). All are fixed-displacement and bi-directional (rotation code N; the M5B group also offers R / L unidirectional versions), flange mounted with keyed or splined shafts. The M3B and M4 families use a nine-item code, the M5B group a twelve-item code. Selection notes

All three series are fixed-displacement vane motors but the code length differs: the M3B and M4 families use nine items (model - displacement - shaft - rotation N - porting 00 - design letter - seal class 1 / 5 - port form - modification), the M5B group twelve items (adding end-cover port position, connection variant, options and pressure-valve setting). On the internal-drain versions (M3B1 / M4C1 / M4D1) the drain port is plugged, the low-pressure port must not exceed 1.5 bar (3.5 bar, peak 7 bar, on the M4 family) and only port form 02 is available; on external-drain versions, whichever port is at low pressure must not exceed 35 bar when A and B alternate, and the drain line must keep back pressure below 3.5 bar (50 PSI). M5B / M5BS are designed for coaxial drives and take no axial or radial load - for belt or fan drives use M5A / M5AS / M5ASF / M5AF / M5BF instead.
