Aftermarket Replacement M5 Vane Motors
Fixed-displacement M5 series vane motors — M5B (ISO 3019-2 100 A2/B4 HW flange) and M5BS (SAE B 2 / 4-bolt flange), bi-directional (rotation codes R / L / N), for coaxial drives. Six stator codes cover 12.5 to 45.0 cm³/rev; codes 012-036 run at 290 / 320 bar continuous / intermittent (280 / 260 bar on code 045), with continuous speeds from 2500 to 4000 r/min. The vane group is hydraulic-pin plus spring loaded. All units are new aftermarket replacements, quality checked before shipping; send us the complete nameplate code and we confirm the fit before ordering.

Selection notes
M5B is a 12-item code: model - stator displacement - shaft - rotation (R / L / N) - end cover (port position 01-04) - design letter - seal class (1 / 5) - connection variant (M / Y / 0) - unlabelled item (always 0 in the examples) - options (0 / A anti-cavitation valve / R reverse valve) - pressure valve type (0 / P / M) - maximum pressure setting (00 / 21 / 28). Code 045 runs at lower pressure than the rest of the group (260 / 280 bar) and must not be quoted at the group values. With HF-1 / HF-4 / HF-5 fluids the continuous pressure is limited to 210 bar and HF-4 / HF-5 fluids also limit speed to 1800 r/min. M5B / M5BS are designed primarily for coaxial drives and do not take axial or radial loads - for belt or fan drives use M5A / M5AS / M5ASF / M5AF / M5BF instead.
