Aftermarket Replacement Vane Motors

Vane motors are fixed-displacement hydraulic motors: a rotor with sliding vanes runs inside a cam ring, which makes them reversible, tolerant of stall under load and smooth at speed. They drive fans, conveyors, augers, winches and steering systems on mobile and industrial machines. We supply them as new aftermarket replacements — the range currently covers the 25-50M Series (25M / 35M / 45M / 50M frames and their heavy-duty bearing versions), and further motor series are added as they are released. If yours is not among them, send us the nameplate code and we will match it. All units are quality checked before shipping.

Selection notes

Match three things first: the displacement (cm³/r) or torque rating the machine needs, the mounting flange and port connections, and the shaft. Vane motors are reversible — rotation is set by the direction of flow — and they can be stalled under load without damage when the circuit is protected by a relief valve. Continuous and intermittent ratings differ, so tell us the duty cycle; case drain lines must stay unrestricted. Ratings are per series, so confirm them against the full model code or the nameplate.

Send the complete model code from the nameplate — series, displacement or torque rating, mounting and port connections, shaft, port position and any suffix. Every maker uses its own code system and they are not interchangeable, so we identify the series first and confirm the fit before you order.
