MV037 Vane Motors

The MV037 is a high-torque vane motor — maximum torque at start-up and stall, a nearly flat torque curve, and no non-ferrous parts inside (suitable for dynamic braking). Single-rotor displacements run from 12 to 37 in³ (197-606 cc/rev); two-port double-stack versions cover 64 to 74 in³ and four-port units 24 to 74 in³. Pressure designs are Code 61 (A2 / A4 / C2) and Code 62 (D2 / D4 · 4,500 psi / 310 bar), with speeds up to 1000 rpm, maximum torque of 1,783 N·m on Code 61 and 5,390 N·m on Code 62, and up to 336 kW (450 HP). Selection notes

The MV037 uses a ten-item ordering code: series - porting - rotating group - displacement - shaft - bearing - shaft seal - body O-ring - case O-ring - special index. Single-rotor displacement codes are 012 / 016 / 020 / 026 / 032 / 037 (197-606 cc/rev); two-port double-stack 064 / 069 / 074 (rotating groups 32/32, 32/37, 37/37); four-port 024-074 (series/parallel circuits, with 036 / 046 / 058 / 069 needing a logic circuit for 2-speed / 3-speed operation). Code 62 (4,500 psi / 310 bar) is available on MV037 and MV057 only - the MV015 has no high-pressure version. Items that are not required are omitted, as the official ordering footer allows.
