V200 series vane pumps (legacy)

The V200 series is a legacy balanced vane mobile single pump with cartridge construction, used in construction and mobile hydraulics. Capacities are rated in USgpm at 1200 r/min with a 600 r/min minimum drive speed; the functional cover is available in relief, flow-control or priority versions, and the relief setting and controlled flow are unique to the V200. Within the legacy family it is the series that carries a complete ordering code. All units are new aftermarket replacements, quality checked before shipping.

Selection notes

The functional cover comes in relief, flow-control and priority versions, which correspond to the relief-setting and controlled-flow items — both unique to the V200. Assembly torque is graded by series (70 ft·lb for the V200). Capacity steps, port positions and the rest can be confirmed against the complete model code with us.

The model code must be complete — ring size, mounting, inlet and outlet, shaft and rotation together define the pump. Send the full nameplate code and we will confirm the replacement.
